4th Madge Gibson. Happy New Year, what’s in store?
11th Howard Mason will present one of our first workshop nights. One of tonight’s topics is ‘Black and White’. Closing date for the monthly competition.
18th Monthly Competition. Images for selection needed for Pontefract Battle.
25th YPU Portfolio – Projected Images. A chance to discuss the standard and expectations of the YPU competition entries. Hopefully, as a result, more of our members will be encouraged to enter this year.

1st Tony Collinson LRPS, DPAGB. An ex-President of our Club presents an evening of Audio Visual. A night not to be missed. Closing date for The Bob Redman Trophy-subject ‘The Great Outdoors’.
2nd (Thu) Battle at Pontefract – LCPS vs Pontefract CC (Projected Images)
8th PAGB recorded lecture, an opportunity to see images from the 3rd Open Digital Exhibition organised by ‘The Beyond Group’, part of the East Anglian Federation of Photographic Societies.
15th The Bob Redman Trophy – In memory of a much loved member of our club. This is the first time this competition has been held. Judge * Tony Elliott from Barnsley.
22nd David Couldwell presents Fluke and Flaw, colour and mono prints. Images needed for Interclub Selection.
29th Annual Dinner & Prize Presentation.

7th Critique Night, non-competitive. Members will be asked to bring projected images or prints (don’t have to be mounted) for discussion. Closing date for monthly competition.
10th (Sat) Interclub at Bradford CC venue at Allerton Congregational Church, Bradford– Set Subject:Chimney(s). Set Theme:Portrait. Judge Graham Johnston ARPS, Macclesfield.

21st Workshop Night, these nights will be focused on getting to know more about all aspects of photography, such as getting to know your camera, discussions on software available, picture mounting etc. etc.

Workshop Night – Entries are due for this years’ Annual Exhibition. Guidance will be given on labelling, putting into categories, sizing etc. to make sure that images, prints and projected follow the competition rules. Please make every effort to submit your entries to ensure this year’s event fully represents our club's talent. Give the Judges plenty to think about!

11th PAGB recorded lecture – see what it takes to reach the standard required to achieve a PAGB Award for Photographic Merit. Entries are due for the monthly competition.
18th Monthly Competition
25th Annual Auction. This event is one of the best providers of revenue to support the clubs activities. Get a bargain or two and a bit of fun thrown in for free..
